Report what you're seeing
New reports post as gray (one report). When a second PRSNetwork account reports the same thing it turns yellow. PRS reviews yellow items, and anything we confirm in our own client data turns green. You can also paste an email, a remit line, or a portal message into the notes.
Reports are attributed to your PRSNetwork account.
Reporting is for PRSNetwork members. Log in or create a free account to report what you are seeing and to confirm other reports.
How FLOW works
FLOW is a running log of payer behavior in urology, built from what practices and facilities see on their remits and in their portals, and checked by PRS against what we see in our own clients' claims.
What you get
- Every item is tagged with the payer type, the specific plan or MAC, the state(s) it was seen in, and the hub category it belongs to, so you can filter down to what matters to your practice.
- Items sort newest first inside each category, and the categories themselves move to the top when something new lands in them.
- The Trending rail shows what the most people are confirming right now.
The colors
- Gray: one PRSNetwork account has reported it.
- Yellow: two or more independent accounts have reported it. PRS is reviewing.
- Green: PRS verified it and is seeing the same behavior in client claims.
Medicare items
- MAC jurisdictions cover several states, so Medicare items name the MAC as the plan and list every state in the jurisdiction. The state filter still finds them.
Ground rules
- You need a free PRSNetwork account to report, so every item has a real person behind it.
- Report what you saw, not what you heard. A remit line beats a rumor.
- Never include patient information. Codes, dates of service ranges, and denial reasons are enough.
- Nothing on FLOW is a coding instruction. Use the hub category pages and PRS CodeMatrix© for the how-to.
