Schedule Chart Review – 10 Encounters per Provider or Non-Provider (per provider)

We recommend finishing the Coding Course and assessments prior to the chart review. Follow these 3 steps to get on the chart review schedule:

1. Finish Coding Course and Assessments
2. Sign BAA and Chart Review Agreements
3. Email us at [email protected]
      Subject: Schedule Chart Reviews
      In the Email: Please include the contact info for the person responsible for chart encounter pulls

Chart Review Report
We will provide you with a summary report including a determination of each encounter: Correct Coding, Under Coding, Over Coding, or Incomplete, and the correct coding with an explanation. 

For Groups of 10 or more, this information will be presented in a Zoom meeting. The presentation will include group tendencies, specific examples, and recommendations.
