Live Seminar/Workshop Cancellation Policy
Physician Reimbursement Systems, Inc. (PRS) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs and to close registration when programs are sold out. Should PRS Seminars or PRS Workshops be canceled/rescheduled, your registration fee will be refunded in a refund credit and will be issued and held for/applied to the rescheduled/next PRS Seminar. PRS is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to weather, strikes, nature, or Acts of God. PRS will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant including hotel and travel costs.
Cash refunds: If you cancel your live Seminar/Workshop registration more than 30 days before the event, you'll receive a 100% refund, minus a $100 per attendee cancellation fee. Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 15 days of the event or for no-shows. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
PRS Credit refunds: Alternatively, if you cancel your live Seminar/Workshop registration before the event, you can request to apply the original fee as a credit toward a future seminar or package. The Registration Credit can be used for:
(i) Registration at an alternate/future live Seminar/Workshop (no extra charge)
(ii) Online Coding Course (possible additional charge depending on the product price)
Once a Registration Credit has been applied, it's considered a final sale, and no refunds or exchanges are possible. The Registration Credit expires one year from the date of the first payment made to PRS and has no monetary value or eligibility for financial reimbursement after expiration.
